Failure to honor warranty on transmission

I purchased a transmission through Coburn's Transmission in Shreveport, LA on 7/24.in the first place, it took 2 weeks for the transmission to finally arrive leaving me without a rental or a car with 3 children, two in booster seats. I purchased the 3 year 75 thousand mile warranty and the final total I paid was $2,411.46. After about 9,000 miles, the transmission started going out. I contacted Mike Coburn and told him the details and he said he would contact the company. None of the phone numbers worked and that leaves us with no way to contact the company. I now have a car that is unsafe for my wife and children to travel in and no contact information to get the warranty honored. I am going to have to have a rental while waiting for the transmission to be shipped (which should be paid for by the company), the travel expense to Coburn's which is 50 miles away, and the time to take it to Mike Coburn. Mike Coburn received a letter with this website and stating that the company is under a new identity selling through EBay as Transworld Warehouse/transworld 1968 located in St. Petersburg, Florida, phone number 727-216-3383 and ask for Dan. Teh owners Earl Luckett and Dan Dail have a track record of doing this time and again and need to be stopped. Please help me rectify my problem and stop them from defrauding anyone else.
