Today is a nightmare for me. I had an encounter with UPS employee who did not know how to use its judgement implementing UPS policy. I went to pick up my package at UPS in Arminta St Van Nuys today April 7 at around 7:45pm. I was able to bring home the package from TMOBILE. The reason given to me by UPS employee is that my drivers license address doesnt match the address that is on the package. I was telling her that it is the same drivers license id that i gave UPS employee way back November 14 when i pick same package from UPS. I cant change the drivers license address over night. I moved from my previous address on November. I was so upset because she even asked me who is the ups employee that release the package to me. This is ridiculous. How will i remember the name of ups employee three months ago. I dont even ask his name. I hope this will be elevated to higher management. Please look into this matter. It is a pity because UPS is a big company but they are hiring incompetent personnel who do not use proper judgment. I vowed I will never pick up a package and UPS services ever!!!
