$43 cost for 30-minute utilization of wench to pull my scooter!!! My partner saw them wander it onto the trailer. 11 days of storage costs once they just had it 9 times... When questioned why the dog owner mentioned

A $43 cost for 30-minute wench service. $15 gasoline surcharge to get a 3-mile pull and $5.53 administrative fee.!!! Rip off... Fraud... After I requested for that abandoned wench service-fee to become eliminated the dog owner declined stating "that charge gives for the insurance"... He then strolled the scooter from the yard.inCREDIBLE how people run business these days.
