Super Sportz, Broken scooter taking weeks to repair while under warranty, lots of lies, end in court

Bought scooter. No issues for 2 days. Scooter fails after that. It took months to get the scooter repaired. Finally went to court after scooter failed again. Court required the scooter to be repaired. Will never go back.

The "manager" is Tom. He's actually the owner hiding behind the incorporation of his business. Least trustworthy person I've ever met.
