On 11/08 I made the mistake of having a oil change done at the Fiesta Mall Sears Auto Center. The idiots admitted to damaging the door to my brand new vehicle with an air hose. Seems the moron manager Mike released a air hose with a very strong PSI right into the side of my car. They said they would fix it if I got an estimate which I did. Their "Loss Prevention Nuts" claimed it was to high and should only cost around $150 to fix the dent and the paint. I explained to them its a 2008 with 3,500 miles on it. I did make the manager write down that he did damage my vehicle before I left. The damage is more like 1,600 to 2,000 dollars, this is a new car and Sears did a large amount of damage. Sears had their "LOSS PREVENTION" Jerks call me up and tell me that they needed a copy of my credit report, Social Security Card, Copy of my Drivers License, Auto Insurance card and Birth Certificate and vehicle registration to prove that I really owned the vehicle. They told me if I did not take the $150 settlement that it could be years of court proceedings before I ever got my vehicle fixed and then the lawyers would take all the money.
