I took my Jeep to Sears Auto center for tires and maintenence. Was happy with the service. When they suggested I replace my radiator I trusted them to do the repair. Upon 60 miles or so of driving it my Jeep overheated. Once I reached my destination a buddy of mine took a look and noticed the fan was not plugged in. Once leaving I drove about 8 miles going about 85 miles an hour on the freeway and I realized I was overheated again and my Jeep shut down. Once pulled over we realized the radiator had busted completely out the side. I had it towed back to Sears Auto center. The next day after replacing the radiator they proceed to tell me my engine was blown. They file a claim with their insurance company and they are denying any fault. Saying it was a pre existing condition. My Jeep has never overheated in the past but since I brought my vehicle to them because I had noticed some small leakage of antifreeze that is reason to believe it was pre existing before they replaced the radiator. They have given me a claim settlement of the funds that I spent in their service center. Not even half the cost of replacing the engine. I trusted Sears auto center in Florence, KY to repair my vehicle and am now left with a vehicle that I cannot drive.
