Service department installed incorrect parts to my Hynudai Sonata

Carriage Motor Hyundai Service Department installed incorrect "Champion double platinum" spark plugs in my Sonata instead of the geniune reccomended Hyundai NGK brand. This resulted in spark plug wiring to go bad and my vehicle to break down. I incurred an extra cost of $366.00 to have the problem corrected when discovered by Ramona Tire Service Center on August 7th. I have receipt of original work done by Carriage Motor, and I also have in my possession incorrect spark plugs which had to be ordered and replaced again by Ramona Tire Service Center.

Carriage Motor Co. General Manager Ken Molter was left a detailed message on his voice mail by me. He never returned my call. His Service Manager Nathan, refuses to take responsibility for their incorrect repairs with all kinds of lies and excuses.

I am seeking reimbursment of additional $366.00 cost I incurred due to their negligence.
