I had the spark plugs changed in my Ford F-150 5.4 Triton Engine at about 120,000 miles. The bill came to $2,500.00 because my mechanic broke 4 plugs and could not remove them even with Ford's special extraction tool. The heads had to be removed to get the broken spark plug pieces out.
What is Ford doing to compensate it's vehicle owners for such a obvious design flaw?
