Stated we have 30 day warantee, but later stated NH does not have warantee. 4k spent

My friend, she bought a van for 4,000 the man told her she has 30 day warantee (verbally) and the van's motor died in 2 weeks.

He later stated, nH has a law that they dont guarantee any car, so she had to buy the motor for $700.00

IF anyone purchase any automobile or truck from any car place, and the guy states any promises verbally. HAve them get that to you in writing and have a few of their employees sign the contract as witnesses, The more the better..
