I bought a $0 deductible warantee, for cars for 100,000 miles, from Auto Repair Warantee Group, also known as AWG or Auto Repair Warantee, Inc, in 2009. When I needed to use it, on July 4th, my car had died TWICE & BLACK smoke was coming from under my car's hood & exhaust. End Result is: I tried contacting them by phone, email, called the Cleveland area directory assistance &, as I couldn't wait, had the car towed to a Lou., Ky. Area Honda Dealer, who also tried their FAX number & other contact numbers. Supposedly, you are supposed to contact that Warantee Repair company BEFORE going to the mechanic of your choice. So I tried to follow their rules, but am out the $1000 or $1200 I spent for the $0 deductible warantee PLUS rental car & $1000 to $2000 in REPAIR COSTS. OUCH! Like everyone else, if you're interested in getting legal help, I'll be DELIGHTED in joining you in a class action lawsuit. Because this company has NO Kentucky offices, there's not much that a Kentucky court can do.
