As a long time Ford customer, I am very disappointed in ford motor Company. I have been a good customer for well over 20 years.in August I bought a new fusion. From the begining my husband had complained about the steering. While the car was still under warantee, we brought the car in to Colonial Ford in Danbury to have it check and they told us it was loose screws. Yesterday, we brought thte car into another Ford dealer to check a two year old car because something is wrong with the transmission. We also had them check the steering again. Now beacause the car is NO longer under warantee, they found the problem with the steering. Isn"t that funny. I have called Ford customer care and was told they would not cover it because it was no longer under warantee. I called the corporate offices of Ford and was told the same thing. AThis is why Ford is in trouble. They dn't stand behind their cars or their loyal customers. Is there anyone else out their with this problem? I wouls like to start a class action suit against ford.
