Ripoff poor customer service failed to honor warantee delayed response to claim refused to settle claim refused to arbitrate dishonored contract

Wynns car care warantee is worthless. I have had 2 claims and both times they were covered expenses. Wynns plays the game of denying the claim forcing consumers to waste time to seek arbitration or file in small claims court. I wonder how many people give up and let Wynns off the hook. Wynns must make millions by this tactic. When will the Attorney General step in?

I had the time and energy to seek justice and prevailed. I suggest others do the same.
