Won't honor covered warranty repairs illinois

I purchased a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for bumper to bumper repairs. I just had to have a front differential overhaul completed which is a covered it. The dealership called and confirmed the work was covered. Once the work was completed the dealership called back for payment information. First Extended denied payment for a covered item stating the claim was under review and the dealership did not have the authority to complete the work. The work was a covered item under the warranty and they would not honor the warranty which is fraud. The person from the dealership spoke with them and they told them they could complete the work. A third phone call into the warranty company stated the paperwork was being printed and the dealership would have to call back for the claim numbers. The forth phone call stated the claim was denied. I let a message for the manager of claims and have not received a return phone call. First extended is a ripoff and just steals your money and commits fraud. Beware and do not buy with them!!!
