VIP Health Big promises of gas cards just for answering questions. Paid for shipping kept on paying

Eceived phone call lots of promises, to get the $500 gas card needed to pay postage $2.95,
After that I've been billed $49.99 every month. Received packet of typed pages-looked like the questions and answers I gave them. No gas card. Never mentioned VIP health but that is what is being billed to my bank account
