It is totally fraudulent on Pearl.com/JustAnswer.com to state that their "Experts " or so they call them, can help you with your problems. I cannot speak for ALL categories representing customers, but in several categories & in the relationship, parenting and Agony Aunt categories, they have people answering customer questions who have ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING and no license in a mental health field. Take for example Jenhelant who answers Relationship and other categories. This is her training & "Counselor & I have a degree in psychology and worked with many couples. I am happily married and have been for 10 years." Really, that's training. Do customers know that someone li8ke that is answering their questions.in parenting they have someone who has a child care job answering a parenting question or a car mechanic answering peoples' questions about life issues. Someone has to inform customers asking questions here to check who is going to answer their questions & not a non-professional. What a sham!!!
