Equal access health AKA Brady Speers, Christopher Novinger, Health Benefits of America, Care Entree, HBA Benefits, Tall Clocks, Three Rivers are ALL SCAMS. They will call and give you this great deal for health care/products and rip you off. I signed up with Equal Access Health and they took my bank account info (BIG MISTAKE) over the phone. The Doctors that were in my area, (ones on there list) had never heard of them and would not accept there DISCOUNT PROGRAM. When I called them they said that that was unheard of but after looking into the company a little further i realized that it is a common thing. When I contacted them again to cancel I followed the proceedures they told me and the next month i was billed again. I contacted them again and they said that I didn't follow proceedures, again i did what they told me to do. And again I was billed the next month. And again i contacted them (keep in mind that it took at least 30 to 45 min. For someone to answer the phone each time) and they told me that there data base was down and they would call me back and as soon as it came back up they would cancel my account and i would not be billed again and a refund would be issued to my bank account. They never called and I could not reach them anymore. But again my account was billed and this time it overdrew it. I could not get a hold of them again, their automated system answers. Puts me on hold. Transfers me to CUSTOMER RELATIONS... Puts me on hold... Transfers me to an answering macing that promisses to call you back in a maximum of three hour, never any calls. This is stupid they need to be stopped.
