Requested and paid for Mobil1 synthetic oil change with new air filter. I got regular Penzoil oil change without a new filter. I wached this from customer waiting area and confronted the department manager. He was not very helpful, started to argue with me. I requested to talk to the store manger. The store manager intervened, provided the service I paid for and appologized. I am reporting this to alert other customers to be aware.
