Its hard enough to start a online company with the prices of product out there. With Liquidation.com its impossible. We Had bought a lot of 70 cameras that were Billed as " Tested for basic function". To me that means at least they would turn on.
We paid a total of $1,129.53 through PayPal and got 60 cameras worth $0.00. Not one of them even turned on. Now we expected that at least 1/3 of them would be DOA but not all of them.
After going through the proper complaint forms and calling the support help line to try and get the money refunded Our complaints were met with hostility from the online support people. We were kicked off the site because we also made a complaint through PayPal. Witch is fine because there not a place I would buy from again.
Problem is that alot of these companys are not regulated so there is very little you can do about it.
