I went to the car dealership Performance Pontiac GMC in Santa Fe, NM and completed and faxed a request for refund of my GAP Insurance from Beacon Industries Worldwide in April after my vehicle was paid off and never received it. No one has responded to my inquiries. I have left numerous messages with Olga Rodriguez and Barbara and no one will return my calls. The finance person at the car dealership did speak to someone the end of June and was told that my request was processed in May but I have not received anything.
