I bought a truck from landmark the buying special at the time was 0% or $2500. Rebate. They informed my co-signer i wasnt eligable for the 0% and the interest rate would be 3.9%. The contract was signed and as understood it i would get $2500. Rebate because i did not qualify for 0%. When i called jason booe and dave seadler and asked when i would receive the $2500.00 rebate, they stated too late too bad any normal person would have paid more attention to the contract and i would not be getting the $2500. Rebate because when they negotiated with my co-signer, not me, it was 3.9% or $2500. Rebate. They never once told me about the 3.9% or $2500. Rebate or gave me the option of choosing one or the other they both lied and told the illinois state attorney general and the better business bureau who i filed a complaint with, that they gave me the option and i chose 3.9%. This is a lie i was never informed about or given the option of choosing between the two.
