Cheated out of rebate - ford escape

In april of this year i bought a new ford escape. The salesman, jason booe, said i would recieve a rebate in the amount of $2500.00 dollars.in the mean time i recieved a survey to fill out. I wasn't pleased with the service and stated this. When i called jason booe he was very rude and told me i wasnt going to get $2500.00. I spoke to finance manager, dave seadler and he was very rude and told me i would not get it so i wrote to illinois attorney generals office about the rebate and dave seadler wrote them a letter falsely stating i chose a 3.9% interest instead of rebate. This was a lie! I talked to ford credit and they refused to help. After all this i didnt want to ever deal with landmark again so i cancelled extended warranties through landmarks asst office manager, karen heather. Its been a month and a half and i still havent recieved refund of warrantie $. This has been the worst experience with a car dealer, in my life i will never do business with landmark auto in springfield il 2401 prairie crossing drive
