I own a 2005 Keystone Cougar. I have had numerous problems with it. The oven has been repaire 4 times, water pump has been replaced, the slide motor has been replaced and the tires shredded the first month. I was ok with all of these problems, but it is now in the shop because the welds holding the pin box in have failed. I realize it is out of warranty but how does it suffer a significant structural failure like this after 4 years of very light use. Both the dealer and Keystone have told me that they will not assist me in any way. It is a $2000 repair. The welder told me this is a common repair with Keystone. He stated that the cross members that tore are too light to take the stress of the pin box. I can not believe Keystone does not back their product.
