I purchased a new Keystone outback on 6/23/08. I took it in for unexplained cracks in the fiberglass exterior on 11-26-08. Sometime in Jan 09 General Rv Finally got a new panel from Keystone and it arrived defective. So it was sent back and a new one was ordered. The new one arrived in April 09 and they sent the WRONG panel. I have been waiting 5 months for a 5 day repair. No one at Keystone can give me answers as to why they cannot get this fixed.
I call Keystone rv and General Rv twice a week and nothing. I have no clue when i will have my Fifth wheel fixed. I have contacted a lawyer to go over my options. Should be a easy win under Magnuson-Moss act. Buyer beware Keystone rv has Zero customer service. I am setting up a website for people that have had issues with Keystone rv. As soon as it is up and running i will post a link.
