In January 03 when I returned from operation Enduring Freedom. I purchased 2002 Keystone Tailgator travel trailer to spend lost time with my family. The first day I went to pick it up I started having problems.
I was only able to use the trailer 3 times all year, the rest of the time it was in the shop or awaiting parts because of major manufacturer defects. Upon contacting Keystone RV we discussed the options I came up with. The options were the same stated in the lemon law and we agreed on the third option which was to fix the trailer give me a 1yr extended warrenty and provide me with a generator for my compensation.
Keystone RV fixed the trailer then sent it back to the dealer. After the trailer set at the dealer for two weeks Keystone RV Company finally contacted me and stated the trailer was fixed but thet declined on providing me a generator as agreed upon.
After numerous attempts Keystone RV will not answer my e-mail or return my calls.
I feel Keystone RV Company Lied to me just to get the trailer fixed and to get me to stop any legal action.
