I bought a car from CURE, LLC/CU Carfinders on March 20 when me and my wife went it to sign the papers I asked the salesman who was also doing the financing end of the deal if everthing was good he said yes. We signed papers give him the keys to our trade and left. Two weeks go by and they still have not paid off my trade, a month goes by and still have not paid off trade finally after a month and a half they pay off trade, but later I learned that they sold my trade two weeks after I traded it in, how do you sell something you dont own.By this point it is the beginning of May and I still have not received a payment book for the new car, me and my wife call and call the salesman and EVERY sigle time he tells us everthing is fine dont worry, we have a pile of messages back and forth with the salesman/financing guy and he still tells us everything is fine. End of May comes still no payment book messages salesman/finance guy he tells me STILL everything is good no worries. June comes contact guy again same story everything is good dont worry, June 11th or 12th I message salesman/finance guy and ask him what is going on, I dont believe this he says dont worry, if something was wrong I would not have paid off your trade and would have told you to bring the car back. Around June 20th I get a call from the GM of Cure, LLC/Cu Carfinders telling me that the salesman/financing guy has been fired for doing deals that he should not have, and askes me to bring back the car that the deal is not going to work, I ask where is my truck that I traded in and he says it was sold. I explain to him that the car has already been titled and tagged in my name and why can they just not finance the car since so much time has gone by. I have been trying to get financing through another company, but now I have the president of CURE, LLC/CU Carfinders emailing me and telling me that if I dont have financing approved in two days he is sending out the repo guy to pick the car up. I have not received any notice that because of anything that they are picking the car up or what. I have asked them many times if I can not get financing on my own then what? What about my trade and what about my money down. They will NOT answer that question, and after the president's threating letter I have sent him many emails asking the same question and not one have been answered by the president of CURE, LLC/CU Carfinders. I think that we all at one point have tried to get a car and had the dealership call and say hey you have to bring it back, fine if it doesnt work then it doesnt work, but were does it say hey bring the car back or we are coming to get it and O by the way we sold you trade so you cant have that back and we wont even tell you what we are going to do with the money that you put down. If this is what business's in georgia have resorted to then someone please help us all.
