I had called this company to get information about an extended warranty paper that I received in the mail from them. The person on the phone did not seem very pleasant. I wanted to know what it covered and how they received info on the vehicle the person was rather rude it seemed as though i was bothering him with my questions. I was asked if I would need to consult with husband before i could go ahead with the policy. At first I didn't think so until he gave me the premium amount ($3471.00 for 5 years) then I thought that as most people do I should discuss it with my husband. At that point I was hung up on, (still not sure why.) If this is the way this company does business I don't feel they will be around for long. People deserve more respect than that. This person needs some training in class for being a potential customer of there business I don't feel he done the right thing by hanging up. I will not be doing business with them in the near future or anytime for that matter. Just glad I never bought the policy who knows how I would have been treated if I would need to use it.
