I bought 4 tires and had a front end allignment done at Les Schwab in Lodi, CA. On 6/17/08.
In May of 09 I noticed the outside of my front tires were wearing out. I was not able to return to the store until 6/19/09. When I did return I was told that an allignment was only warented for thirty day and would not even check it out. They would not honor the 40,000 mile warenty on the tires because it was an allignment problem. Well duh, who did the allignment? They also stated that I probably hit a pot hole. BS
I than took my car to B*- (REDACTED (and bought 2 new tires and had an allignment. Their readout showed that the camber on the left front was slightly out and everythng else was okay except the total toe in was at 5/16 (the specified range is suposed to be -1/32 to 1/8). This is what wore out my tires and a pot hole could not have caused this.

At best Les Schwab of Lodi is lacking in customer care and PR. At worst, they cost me an extra $291.63 that should not have happened if they would have done the work correctly in the first place. This is not only my opinion, but the opinion of 3 machanics I consulted.
