I bought a 2006 car from Tim Lally brand New 3 years ago. That same week / month I had to take the car in because the passenger seat had a rip in it (leather) and nobody had sat on that side. Had to take it in to get it repaired. Then I got hit by a young deer which it ripped my driver mirror and put a dent up by the moon roof. They also tell me that my moonroof needs new parts because it is shaking when it opens. Well here is where the fun begins:

I take my car to get fixed, go to pick it up and The bottom part of the mirror was bent and sticking out, it was never fixed, the dashboard was miscolored, and they told me that in the process of fixing the dent by the moon roof they busted my windsheild and had to replace it. The moon roof was rattleing, and when it opened it started to shake. So I go back in and show them, they kept my car for 1 week and nothing was fixed. So the guy (manager) takes the car back in and about 5 min comes back out and the mirror isnt sticking out. Are you kidding. Ok so I leave and call and leave a message and I have to bring the car back in again becasue nothing is fix, they had to order parts, well before I took the car the first time they said the parts were ordered??? Why did they keep my car for 1 week and not get it fixed and now they have to order the parts? Are you serious. So my car goes back in and I get it back and the moon roof is working, the dash board is fixed, and the car looks fine and seems nothing is wrong.

I get into my car the one day and there are litterally puddles in my car, front and back. What the heck. AND my driver seat wont work, I cannot adjust my seat. So I call and take it in again. The service calls me back and litterally asked who put the winsheild on my car because it is an aftermarket windsheild and they put it on wrong. At this point I was like are you serious and she said yes. So I was like well mam, it was YOUR PLACE that did the windsheild because you guys busted it and had to replace so now I see you did a half job and put in an aftermarket windsheild. She said nothing. So she tells me that they got the water out and the seat is fine, everything is ok now. They replaced the windsheild and there are no more leaks. (I also talked to managers, and requested to talk to the zone manager and owner but refused to let me talk to them) So I go to pick my car up. The carpet still is soaked, it stinks like mildew, and my seat is still not working!!! So I go back in and tell them and complain. So they replace all the carpeting and they say the seat is working. Go back and the carpet is replaced, but the seat is still not working and now the passenger seat is not working. Go back in, and they tell me that the electrical needs to be replaced, Why the heck didnt you do that the first time? They call me the car is ready, go pick it up and it works. So when I think everything is ok,

Also all this happened on different days.

I get home and it was late at night, go to roll my windows up and my window gets stuck. I called about 12:00 in the morning and left a nasty message. At this point I am soooo ticked and frustrated. So I take the car back and they have to replace the motor for the window. Pick it up where good to go right nope...

I hear this rattleing in my car and a frog. Ok what the heck, well my moon roof is rattleing again, and my turn signal is making frog noises. Lovely so I call and take it back and they fix the frog noises, and tell me they had to order parts for the moon roof and will call when they come in. 1 week later no parts, 2 weeks later no parts, 3 weeks later no parts, 7 months later no parts. I tried calling the manager, and no call back, I give up. So get a call back take the car in and tell me all it needs is oil, so no ratteling. Well 1 year later...

My window gets stuck again and my moonroof is ratteling AGAIN. They have to replace the motor again in the window, and replace the moonroof. I go to pick it up, and they tell me it has to go back in because they ripped the front part of the moon roof. So they will call when the part is in. I get call the part is in, before I call, I get on my screen by the odometer (the computer) that I have low oil and to add oil, tighten my gas cap, and service tire monitor system. What the heck, I had my oil change about 1 month ago, and I had 3 people check to make sure it wasnt low, and it wasnt, the gas cap was fine, and all 4 tires are fine. So I call and tell them and it has to go back in, they are giving me a really hard time because they cant give me a loaner car, and I need to get to work. So now I have to cancel plans to get my car in there on Saturday.

Also I got a flat tire in the mix of all this and I have a warranty on my tires. Anything that happens no matter what they have to replace the tire, and when the salesman told me they will not plug tires they have to give me a new one I though ok for 2.00 more a month why not. Well I get a flat tire, and I call them and they tell me it is going to cost me 25.00 to Plug a tire WHAT!!! I have a WARRANTY what are you talking about and they said Oh ok just bring it in. So I go take the tire and according to the salesman you are responsible for replacing the tire not plugging it. So I get a call the next day to pick it up and they hand me the tire, and it is PLUGGED!!! So I say something and they tell me that the salesman is no longer an employee and I cant prove anything plus they were able to fix it that way and then had the nerve to tell me I need new tires ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!

Tim Lally Serivice, and Body Shop SUCK! Gm parts suck! They are nothing but rude and seem clueless. Cant get nothing fixed. The service manager had the nerve to say to me the other day that you has not been back since 1 year. Are you serious. Who the heck cares if it is back in 6 months or 2 years? Obivously you are not doing something right or gm parts and cars are that bad. I also told him my car is nothing but a piece of crap becasue everything that has been done to it is there fault. I cant even sell my car for what is SUPPOSE to be worth not to mention I wasted 28,000.00 on this car and it is a peice of crap from them.

So please watch what cars you buy and who you take it too. I would not take it to Tim LAllay horrible people and service
