To begin with, I purchased a new set of tires from Tires Plus. Within a month, one of those tires blew out on me. Because of the time and place, I had to get a new tire at Wal-Mart. Most recently, approximately a year after the tires were purchased, I had another blowout — this time on the Interstate. It was August and I was two months pregnant at the time. Changing the tire was very difficult and could have resulted in a miscarriage. Again, because of where I was, I had to purchase another new tire at another location. Then I take my car to another automotive place for a routine oil change and there is a bubble in the third of the four tires, and it was about to bust.
Then again, a year ago (before the tire problems mounted), I had my clutch replaced, which cost $900. However, the transmission still did not work properly, and I had to take it back in for some vague reason, which cost $300 to fix.
Then one day, I take it in to get the blower motor replaced, and it did not work at all. I take it back, and they say they don't have one and will have to order it. When I pick up my car, the motor is magically working all of a sudden, but there is a screw driver in the back seat of my car.
Several co-workers have had problems that appeared in their cars after taking them in for routine oil changes, etc. At the same location.
