I expressed my reservations about purchasing a foreign car. I told the dealer that i cant afford for anything to replace or repair on that type of car. Ms. Browning the dealer reassured me that they were fixing the things that was wrong and i should not need anything for the car anytime soon. IPut money down to hold. I added car to my policy. I was told they had to order lug nuts for the tires the car should be ready Fri. Apr. 19. End of day on the 19th she said the parts still not in. But it will be first thing in morning 9am. 7:30 Sat. I got a text from Ms. Browning saying they still are not yet. Waited all day then said sorry it wont be in till Monday. On Mon. Apr. 22nd she said parts are being put on as we speak just couple hours for cleaning and its ready. I came in hours later to pick up the car. Ms. Browning come out said ' I have good news and bad news... They got the wrong ones had to reorder... Okay. She comes back out says well while they were putting the lug nuts on the tire rod broke so they now had to order that. They were going to pay for a rental the car should be done the next day she would call me when ready. On Apr. 24th they said the car was fixed and ready. I drove the car and immediately notice something was not right. I told her I am just going to bring in. She tells me wait until she speaks with the manager Tom Kenworthy." They stand by their cars " she would call me right back. No call was received. Tues. Apr. 14th no call. I called her on Wed. She said the Service manager Rob was to call me i should have called her back mon. She was going to speak with Rob again. Then I left a message on her voice mail I still have not heard from them. Finally he said he would look at it Mon. Apr. 20 at 1pm. Monday I went along with Rob for the ride he said yes i hear what you are talking about. Give me a few check some things. When i returned he said the engine light was on due to gas cap. They found no leaks in oil. They rotated my tires and the problem was not there anymore. He would ride along with me to show me. WE got on the freeway and I still hear the noise and the shaking movement in tires. I asked him if he still heard it. He said "YES". Upon returning Mr. Kenworthy arrived saying " this is a used car and your just going to have to buy a set of new tires"!! He drove the car and said the car runs fine. Rob the service manager gave me a paper that says we drove the car and the roaring noise is still there. Mr. Kenwothy car attached to it. I drove home the car is worse then it was before i brought in. I left a message with Mr. Kenworthy to please return my car i should not have all of this this soon with this car. Did not call me back. I called the service manager Tues. To ask what do i do from here. He told me sorry but it had to go though Mr. Kenworthy before he could do anything. He said my warranty was able to go any where. He informed me he is not to familiar with Volvo. He deals mainly with Acuras. That is fine. But if your not too good with these kind of cars then how is it he is the one the car is given to to check. And how is it they fixed what was wrong with it in the beginning.?? Now moving forward I am more then dissatisfied with my experience with your dealership. I feel the car is not safe and when had chance to make right. They blew me off. I had to take the car to firestone auto to find out that the tire rod was install wrong. This cost me an additional $490.80
