Try to fix my car for 20 times

They try to fix my car for 20 times and my car has the same air bag light on.
I can believe a company big like that can not fix a air bag light.
This is a total disrespect to a customer, and the service manager is the rude person I met in my life, I'm talking about a BMW X5.
