Collision Center An excessive delay (16 weeks) in completing a minor repair

I drove my BMW 528i to the collision center for minor damage resulting from a hit and run (hood, lights and windows). They quoted two weeks to repair. They have had the car for 16 weeks.

None of my phone calls (nine) nor any of my visits (six) have resulted in anything but promises and lip service.

Initially they blamed my insurance company but upon contact with my them I was informed Herb Chambers had been paid out the initial damage estimate two weeks into the service and additional monies after six weeks.

Herb Chambers still has possession of the car and has not completed the work.
