We are the owners of a 2000 saturn. This car has 70,000

Pinion is wearing out on it. This is a $1500.00 repair.
I have owned cars for over 30 years and have never heard
Of this rack and pinion breaking down. It is our
Contention that this part was defective in the first
Place. This should not happen to a car that is only 3
Years old. This saturn dealer will only take $500.00 off
The cost. Saturn customer service was no help either.
When you purchase one of these cars they tell you it is
The most reliable car on the road.
