Warranty rip

When I purchase Jan 3 toyota seanna new one at longo toyota.
Transmission is bad. DOA: Dead on arrive. I find out (customer service told me), transmission was bad when the car arrive to longo toyota. Never fis and sold to customer. Of course LEMON Law can not apply.

I paid $1000.00 more to get JBL speaker. A few days later I find out speaker problem, I went to Longotoyota to fix it. They said no problem, I turn on radio and proof to them, they ask me to leave overnight.net day, they said no problem. I am care less and drive home. When I listen music, I heard crack sound again, I call the longotoyota customer service to repair it, they said no problem. It been several time and i give up. I don't know what I have to do.
One of my friend is in music industry. He ask me to go bak longo toyota and complain again.

One of the service mananger told me OH! Your speaker is bad. I can fix for you but you have to pay for it. I said what...
Customer service guy told me... Sorry out of warranty.

They scan - they take time and wait till your warranty expire and sak you to pay for it.

Pleae help me how to solve the problem.

Even small claim court did not help

Law protect big guy

I need help tp solve the problem.

Some insider told me Toyota car have speaker and amp problem. A lot of people come and complain.

But a lot of people do not know, how to file and complain it.
