On april 10 I ordered on the internet from gotoautoaccessories.com a floor mat for a truck. On April 11 the above company took $191.97 from my bank account, gave confirmation order no. Fm3531874, and stated
"tracking information will be emailed to you within 48 business hours." As of
may 11, I have not received the floor mat, or any tracking information.
During the past week, I have left numerous phone messages and e-mails with the above company and they do not respond. I can only conclude that gotoautoaccessories.com intends to rip me off by keeping my money and not sending the floor mat.
