I ordered a set of floor mats for a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis on July 20 and received acknowledgement from GenuineFordAccessory.com with order number and financial information information. This site also indicated a link to check status that indicated the item was backordered but could expect the mats and tracking information in 3 to 12 weeks.
I contacted the customer service by telephone on 8/26/09 since I had seen no activity on shipping status. The lady I talked to indicated they were having difficulty getting the mats due to Ford's suppliers cutting back as a result of the economy and couldn't get a hold of the representative tracking my order at the present time. I decided to wait a little longer but subsequent phone calls were met with a "busy" signal. The "order status" link has also been shut down.
Since my credit card ws also charged for the order I guess "I'm out of luck".
