I gave my citi card info to this dealer (David) and told him to hold a car (BMW 325 ci) for a week. But I told them not to charge on my card as I was not sure of my travel schedule as I stay in Alabama. They said that they would refund the money if they misrepresent the car or there is something wrong in the car. The next day I found that my card already been charged for 500 dollars. When I spoke to them they said that it was not refundable. I did not buy this on e bay (in e bay you need to put $500 if you want to bid). But my case was different. I saw the car online and decided to fly in to look at the car. But due to my busy schedule I could not travel that week. When I informed them about this they were asking another $500 to hold it for another week. I was so pissed and decided not buy this car. And I lost 500 dollars in two days. When I insisted them to refund it they said they already lost money on that car as they hold it for me for two days. Can you believe this crap? I did a mistake by not reading complaint on this particular dealer before hand. You can find whole bunch of stuff about them. Do not hold a car by giving the $500 dollar. If you cant make it in one week you have to give them another 500 for the next week. Money is gone whether you buy this or not.
