Wise Locksmith has reported to local police a large number of rip off companies working in Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Shoreline, Lynnwood and Seattle. One big name is"24/7 Seattle Locksmith Services"this is a rip off Locksmith company listed everywhere in King and Snohomish Co. "Run Local Locksmith" is another fake locksmith company working King and Snohomish Co. Dont trust any Locksmith who is not a US citizen along with the proper license, bond and insurance required by WA State labor and industries. Many of these rip off companies employee people in the United States with no Visa, passport or proper locksmith training. This scam is estimated at $100 million dollar a year. This scam is in all 50 states created by a deceptive company called "Dependable Locksmith " and "SOS locksmith" see the story about "Dependable locksmith scam" on "Google"The companies main office was raided by the feds in the Bronx. The average car "lock out" charge is $60-$90 depending on the car, location and time of day. These rip off companies will advertise a charge of $39.00 but add an extra $120.00-$180.00 after your car is open.
