Paid $295. For premium warranty down payment, was sent bogus card and booklets

Received phone call regarding the warranty on my car, they told me they were nation wide insurance affiliates. I was told i was eligible for premium warrany (bumper to bumper) with road side assistance and rental car if i need repairs.

After receiving documents in the mail, required paperwork (completed registration form) was not included. A vip card was also sent with bogus phone numbers. The card lists my coverage as powertrain only. I was told i was purchasing Premium services. When calling contact sales agent, Tim 888-282-3524 ext. 4205, he explained he couldn't help me nor answer my questions. He transfered my call to someone else who also told me they couldn't help me, i call number on the card and found it to be non-workking number,

I called back tim, who hung up on me, i called again and asked to speak to his supervisor, they appologized and said they would corrrect the problems with my account with 2 hours.

Supervisor explained she would call Royal Administration 800-871-0467 and call me back and sed confirmation via e-mail. This has not happened. They have my bank information and are planning on deducting money on may 2nd. What a huge hassle. Lost $295.00 and have to establish new bank account in order to avoid further abuse.
