Ripoff dishonest selling wrong insurance on vehicle

My story begins by me going to Chevy to look at some vans (since I have 4 girls, nothing else will do). I fell in love with a 2003 chevy Venture, gold in color. Went to do the paper work, I need a co-signer to buy the vehicle. My sales person allowed me to take home the van to show my husband and to talk to him about co-signing with me.

I talked to a Jesse in Financial department to get most of the paper work done so when I brought back the van with my husband no waiting would take place. He explained the extra insurance (a known fact the factory warranty was over with) I could buy. I told him I wanted the bumper to bumper, roof to road in insurance, with the GAP insurance. He told me with my credit the payments would be around $407.00 depanding on my husband's credit score. This was suppose to be also included the tax and plates being transfered, so I would not have to come up with additional money.

Got my husband to agree to co-sign, but only in his name, so the interest rate would be lower. Payment would be $386.00 with everything that Jessie and I already talked about. When we left they told us to come back in 2 weeks they would have the paper work ready or would get a certified letter. Went to get the plates, had to pay $267.95 more because Jesse did not figured the state tax right or the plates.

But before that my van had a abs and trac light come on. 10 days after I bought it. Called the service department right away. They explained at my first oil change they will check it out (my date was almost up) Took the van in on May 8th to get oil change and check out the light. To find out, we did not have a roof to road or bumper to bumper insurance but a POWERTRAIN warranty. (my question 1 the orignal powertrain warranty is still in effect due to miles and date, why would I purchase additional one?)

It was going to cost $365.98 to get a Right Hup replacement. Meaning a wheel bearing. Went to see Jesse (but of course Jesse not there) They imformed me, they would call me tomorrow. Waited all day, I had to call them. Jesse told me, he couldn't remember our conversion in his office, he would have to pull the deal. He asked "what is a right hup do anyway?" (2nd question if you are in the vehicle processing, isn't it your job to know something or not to ask a customer?). He would call me back in 10 mins.

He did call me back, to tell me I have a powertrain insurance but he would give me the other one, I would need to come in to do more paperwork but it wouldn't cover my hub assembly becuase its a normal maintance issue and wear and tear. That's when I informed him, I am not a normal female, I worked in a service department to know wheel bearing (hub assembly) is not normal wear and tear or normal maintance. I told him let me call him back to speak to my people. I called service department (gates chevy world, a Barry), he informed me "yes, wheel bearings go out but normally not on a 3 year old vehicle but a roof to road, bumper to bumper warranty would cover the replacement.

Then I called the warranty people, we have the insurance with, they agreed, yes they would cover it if I had it. Went to call Jesse back. For the last 3 days, left many messages, to all of the financial department, even the general manager but no phone calls, even emailed them, still no phone call. So on Monday, we are going there in person to get something fixed.
