Rip off that is what they did. I purchased a new suv and was promised cash back of $5,000, but guess what as of today I have not received anything. This company got away with ripping off both me and the car dealer

I purchased a new mitsubish montero in 04. The cash back deal was $5,000 after a 54 month waiting period.

I waited the 54 months and went to file the paperwork for my refund which I have a signed contract for and low and behold the company Cashback America is out of business.

I have contacted the original dealership and was told they got ripped off too, but they could not doing anything for me at this point. I hope filing this report helps both me and other people.
