"Nifty" custom floor mats were ordered on 2/12 using the 4 Wheel Supply, Inc. Online web site (http://www.4wheelsupply.com) for a total of $168.85. On 2/18, I received an order confirmation from "Will" with the following text:
Hello James,
Thank you for your order!
Your order has been processed to drop ship directly from Nifty. You should see it within the next several days.
Thank you for your patience.

After waiting a few weeks, the order never came and after trying to contact the company multiple times via e-mail ([email protected]) and voice messages via phone (801.413.3031), I realized that this might be a bogus company.
After doing some research, I found out that the BBB does not recognize this company and rates it an "F". Also, there are complaints from other people with the same experience here on usacomplaints.com.
I just contacted American Express (my method of payment) today (3/30) and fortunately they were able to back out the charge.
This is a no-brainer... Do not do business with this company unless you want to kiss your money goodbye.
