I was tired bumped up against a barrier wall. Well to my knowlegde I was terminated for a cracked radiator tank that was leaking before i got the truck, a new bumper that was on order before i assignd to the company truck.
They brought me back into the yard, didnt tell me i was fired till i turned in all my paperwork in so they could be paid on the bills, and the incident report was filled out. Then fired me and kept my last paycheck worth 1400.00 gross
