I was terminated from this company after a contract didnt go well for the company. Kb fired me because i didnt call my driver mgr after we had spoken earlier that day. The firing was not the problem, they falsified my dac report to say i abandoned their truck. When a company fires someone over the road they assume responsibility for said truck. I was fired and cannot get a job due to kb stating i left their truck in my hometown. I was never given the chance to to return the truck. I was charged my last check for them picking up their truck and was never told that it was an abondoned vehicle according to kb's rules. I have never had this on my record and was not given an oppurtunity to correct this situation.
I consider this as a form of defamation and i will be pursuing this with an attorney. The dac report is of no help whatsoever. I would not tell anyone to ever work for this company. My driver manager was probaly the only good thing i can say positive for the company. Anyone above him doesnt rate any good comment from me.
I was told about how Kb put untrue statements on dac reports but i never thought i would get one that would ruin my driving career.
