I was fired from this company for a minor incident. I drove a truck (semi-truck) for them pulling flat bed. While getting unloaded, tarps were removed from the load, to get unloaded, and while unloading, and it started raining. The load got wet of course, and i was fired for this and this alone. Other problems had been going on, all of them had been found to be lies. I have no disciplinary record. Yet this company insist on giving a bad reference. I have not been able to get 3 jobs because of this.
I am on unemployment due to all this, and they want to appeal the original findings because they dont think i need to get paid and that i need to find a job. Well, i found a job, they give a bad reference, i didnt get the job. I was told straight up by the potential employer that is why i didnt get it.
Now, i wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.
