Store1923 is i ordered a part for my bmw and paid called back to confirm right part, no, they refuse to honor the price they quoted me, then said would give back cash, go to get cash and refused that had to put on my card which i was never asked debit or credit! I usually do debit!
Your store jerk bill is liable for the difference in price!!! You should honor the price quoted and order the right part i said i wanted!!! This is not my incompetence! I will never ever give them one red cent of my money again. This is unacceptable and way way past professional! Lack of intelligence and integrity will take your company down!
I asked for a manager and that was supposedlyt the incompentent fool who blantenlty lied and was fraud in sellin me a part for a certain price and its his fault you did not quote the right price sold to me as the proper part and right price. I will pay double at a competitor rather than ever buy a part from you or online!
I am furious with the lack of honesty, loyalty, integrity and professionalism that i have once again received.
