Purchased fireplace doors from this company. They installed the doors two months after they were purchased... Stock had to be ordered.
The initial installation was not completed... Another part was back-ordered.
Three months later the part still wasn't in and after numerous telephone calls to the place of business (supposedly they were surprised it was taking so long to arrive) they supposedly ordered it again and FINALLY it showed up.
When their technician came to install the part... They reneged on the installation and item charges of $57.00 (originally quoted) and tried to double up on the price..."The part was $57.00, the installation of the part is $60.00"
Then the technician left my home with the part and now my fireplace doors ($395.00) are incomplete.
