This Compant show online " Carsoft Scan Elm 5" for automatove diagnostic. It shown it have a warranty 1 year. The Carsoft company had no tech support # that work, and the seller refuse to honor the exchange request after the item return by USPS and conform # CP 24 2857 245US. They claiming the item never recived, But it were never return to USA. I check the web site and the address is correct. It shown to be a scam operation against american buyers. And should be expose to stop this crime. Dont nuy Carsoft product it a fake. Ripoff
