They sent me the wrong item when I called to tell them they said they would exchange it. So the next day I was doing my banking and discovered they charged me two more times for this item. When I called to complain the guy said no we charged u once more for the correct item and a 40 dollar restocking fee for the wrong item that I would get a refund for that item when they recived it. When I started complaining he hung up. I continued to call to speak to a manager but none were available. So all together my account was charged 600 for one item that was199 and I'm still waiting for a credit.
