It is impossible to deal with AliExpress. For over a month, I have been dealing with a seller that has defrauded me, who is telling me to pay for return shipping, insisting the item is as shown. The seller sent me an item that is completely different from the one advertised (photo). Why should I have to pay $75 for return shipping when this is pure Fraud. Site forces you to mark "Request Full Refund" and "Yes" I want to ship the item back. The order process on Aliexpress.com favors the seller, as they are able to pressure you to keep the item because you are unlikely to pay a higher cost just to ship the item back. If you order an item and then do not like it; yes, then you should pay the return fees.in my case, however, the seller sent something completely different than what was advertised. After providing photo evidence, and months of forms and waiting, the complaint center states "insufficient evidence", and takes the funds from escrow and gives to the seller. Next, anyone? The AliExpress system forces innocent buyers to pay for the fraudulent actions of dishonest sellers. This Alibaba operation is a complete scam. Do not order from aliexpress — scam.
